I got my oil changed a couple days ago at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change and now the engine is knocking. it wasn't knocking when I pulled in and it never knocked before I am extremely upset right now! my 3000GT is ruined

Crooks...sent my sister there for oil change, she had a coupon $19.95...they did basic oil change and said they NO LONGER TAKE COUPONS..charged her $44.00 I will no longer take my vehicles there. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY

Just found out that several months ago when I got my oil change at valvoline in lima they disconnected my A.c. when they was replacing my cabin air filter don't know if I should ever go back there again.
