People BEWARE!! Had an oil change done at Trinity Rd Duluth, MN location. Left there missing a car part, (battery cover). Then they tell me they don’t have the part and they have to order it, takes 2 weeks. WTH!!!!! Will not go back, what if was a drain plug??? If this is all they do they should get it right!!!

My faith in customer services has been restored! My 2 year old car is giving me a headache with starting. It won't recognize the key. With either Fab. So as I'm sitting at Valvoline embarrassed because I can not get my car to start back up, The guys here were trying every trick to help me get it started. Eventually one of them took my keys and went to the store and had my battery replaced. My heroes. Thank you Beau, Dillion and Mark.
They did an EXCELLENT job servicing my A/C They were friendly and told me step by step what they were doing 😊.
