I was told to go in lane one. After waiting 20 minutes they had me move to lane three. The person taking my spot in lane one was definitely there after me and they got service before I would have. They did not address my concern and so I left without an oil change. I went elsewhere.

I got my oil changed and air filter. When i left..heard loud noise when i accelerated. Got home...the air filter cover was not clipped back on!!

Professional and excellent service always! I’ve been a returning customer here now for the past 4-5 years. My most recent experience involved an unfortunate, rare situation in that a manufacturer’s defective oil filter but was immediately taken care of by Valvoline.
