Drove 20 minutes from the south side of town. Store hours say open till 7. I got there at 6:54 and was refused service all because dude wanted to LEAVE AT 7, not close the store at 7. There is plenty of other competition out there who will provide good customer service and not turn business away during business hours. Reported the issue to management who responded very professionally and handled the matter appropriately.
The Valvoline by Walmart North in Rochester is the only place I take my vehicles. The guys are easy to work with, genuine, and knowledgable. I stopped in last minute (645, when they were closing at 7) and they did and oil change and fixed a noise issue , all with friendliness and a positive attitude. I appreciated their care and efficient work.
I don't understand how a hour and 15 minutes is instant?! Will be taking our business elsewhere.
I had ok experience with them but the oil price is a lot and doing car care is even more expensive to do when I brought in my Mazda mpv for an oil change anther thing I went for when I stopped by I have to wait the next day for oil change I'm glad they gave a discount but after the change I noticed a leak on my truck but it went better after that but it also could use like a pop corn or more instead of magazine or chair only but it good place and I rank it by 4 just because it use an improvement.
