RecommendedI just had the most pleasant visit. Dennis took care of my car during a routine oil change. He was the most helpful, polite and courteous person I have met in a LONG time. Great customer service, fast and thorough! I highly recommend!

*WARNING* I have went to the Valvoline instant oil in Rochester for a couple of years now. It’s convenient and the price is cheap. Well, I received a letter from my car insurance company that my rates went up. I was confused as I’ve had no tickets etc. so I called them. Well, lone behold, this wonderful company SELLS YOUR MILAGE TO INSURANCE COMPANIES! Not only did they do it, shockingly, they gave them the wrong number! The guy came out and told me it would be a 10 minute wait. Well I’ve been sitting here for 45 mins.
Worst oil change company in town. Purchased a vehicle with 173,000 miles, was recommended to this shop which yes, the staff was very friendly BUT this is where things go wrong. I was told to come in at 175,000 miles or until 3 months of gone by. As I am driving home from work one evening on the highway, my vehicle comepletely shuts down, in turn this resulted to a locked engine due to little to no oil in engine. I enjoy coming here. It is easy to work with the employees! I trust them with my car. I also over heard one of them having to deal with what I would consider a difficult client. The staff did a great job of answering his questions, explaining the reasoning behind what they needed to, and being calm and professional. Big thumbs up to them tonight. 7.2.18.
