This place stands by their brand. My pet was definitely put before their bottom line. I am thankful for the speedy service, my dog was able to be treated within an hour of walking in today. Plus the Vet totally worked with my budget to give my dog the treatment she needed. They even went an extra mile and trimmed her nails. I loved it! Thank you.
I'm a big fan--except when they tell me that my ancient pets won't live forever. I like it when they say they are doing great! But, I know that when I come in (on my own schedule, thank you very much) they are able to help me make my pets walk gently through their senior years. They are up front about billing options and I've never walked out of there surprised at the cost. Both Veterinarians are thoughtful problem solvers. Thank you to everyone who helped take care of my cat, Max, over the years! We received the card and paw prints, and it really means more than you know. It is always the hardest decision to make and I'm very thankful for your team.
The Bellevue clinic is always wonderful. My big dog Charlie loves going to the vet, even after numerous painful surgeries. He always feels loved there, so that's what he remembers. Thinks it is a treat to go there!
