I cant say enough good things about this place! My cat had an ear infection for 6 months. I took him to 3 different vets who each charged me hundreds Of dollars for labs etc. They all told me he had ear mites but he never got better. One quick trip to Value Pet and only $75 dollars later, my kitty is all better and a happy boy! Turns out it was a yeast infection and the doctor knew this immediately without expensive labs!
My healthy 6 yr old dog died during a routine dental procedure at this clinic. An investigation by the State of WA determined that her treatment fell below the standard of care - she was not monitored properly under anesthesia and enforcement action is now in affect against the treating veterinarian. All records are public and available to view on the WA Dept of Health Provider Credential Search website.
Watch the estimate, they like to put extra things on and not really tell you about them so they can charge you extra, and make sure you get a doctor or someone licenced to do services, they like to cheap out, I had someone not qualified perform on my dog 4 months ago because the doctor was too busy and I wasn't told about it until recently.
Quick and easy walk-in service. They always have a treat for my dog.
Today we received a condolence card with our cat Asia's footprints 🐾 (she was 16 years old and had a lymphoma) and a lovely card from our vet, Dr. Borin, and his staff. During the agony of losing Asia, Dr. Borin was on my speed dial, he was so incredibly patient and caring through the whole process ❤️... and now this note with Asia's paw print 🐾❤️. Dr Holford is a wonderful bunny vet. She is super caring, knowledgable, compassionate and technically skilled at dealing with rabbits.
Fantastic place and staff. They have always taken great care of my pets!
