I hate to say it I’ve been dealing business with this particular value for 27 years. It is sad regret that you have a new the manager by the name of Susie. Which her name should be KAREN! This, by far has to be one of the cleanest showrooms (considering you have gas powered equipment-gas fumes all the time) not here! Everytime I come to the shop, they are more than willing to "bump" you up, to a price you wouldn't think you would get, a clear sign they want your business--I stopped going to other stores just for this reason.
I love Value Pawn but the issues I have with them is they have a bad habit of putting you on hold and no returning they had me on hold so long Saturday and Sunday until I had to Screenshot it and also when they tell you something they don't note it for the next coworker to see it
Kelly and Mike took such great care of me at the pinellas Park 33781 location on park blvd. I didn’t have much to work with but they really got me what I needed and are life savers! I highly recommend this location and these 2 if you’re in need of assist for knowledge, help, or just a good experience in general. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
