Service and employees exceptionable. Once they determined what repair work needed to be done, they told me they would order the part and call me when it came in. Once the part came in, they tried calling me but were not able to contact me. When I realized they had called, I called them back and made an appointment to have the part replaced. They did so quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the service I have received from High Point Kia and will call again if I need anything done to my Kia van.
