Update from 2013- it's now 2018 and I'm still super pleased! It took 5 years for us to even notice any issues and it was a simple fix, our router was old and out of date and started giving us problems. I was so pleased with the customer service!!! I initially thought my broadband was maxing out because of everyone being connected so upgraded to silver, they called a few days after my internet upgrade to see if my issue was fixed and when it wasn't, they looked at my router information and my problem was fixed that day!
