We just had internet and tv service installed at our new house. The installer, Dan was quick, polite, and patient with my kids (I have a daycare and three kids of my own) as they were very interested in what he was doing. He even re-attached an exterior wire to the outside of our house so it was more hidden. Thank you for having technicians that are respectful in people's homes!
Half of their website never works including the Contact Us portion, the folks who installed our internet refused to put the hole that they drilled in our wall closer to where we actually use our internet so now the router has to go through 5 walls and dampens the signal, im NEVER charged on the same date, and our internet has gone down multiple times this month alone. I figured they would become more consistent or provide better service when they stopped expanding at such a rate and instead my service worsens
My mom has this service and I am wanting and waiting to get it. Best Internet and TV service in Emporia Kansas.
