Amazing when you call the after hours tech support and they treat you like you are an idiot! Umm excuse me? Then they will not help you restore internet because your router isn’t theirs! Yeah let me pay y’all an additional $15 bucks for a shitty router y’all lease, no I’ll pass! But what really gets me is I had no internet and they won’t reimburse me for the whole day 24 HOURS without internet! You folks are something else! I certainly will NOT refer ANYONE to y’all!
Just had Valunet Fiber LLC. service installed at the IHOP when we purchased the restaurant a few days ago. After their installation, service was working just fine a few hours later we started haveing trouble processing credit cards which is usually an internet problem. Long story short Tom Mains and his tech team came out and spent the entire night trying to help us get back online. I have had zero service interruptions in the year that I've had ValuNet service. Also, no buffering despite having several devices on my home network. Best Internet I've ever had!
