Had service for about 5 months now. No complaints, and I'm pretty picky...
We just switched from Cable One yesterday and the installation went perfectly. The two guys arrived on time, got everything installed in half the time the scheduler said it would take, and we spent the evening learning our new channels and internet. The installers help with wifi issues and installed my new Net-gear wifi router; it works great. Just had my internet quit working a few days ago. "Customer service" not only didn't help me problem solve the issue, they were quick to tell me that for 88 dollars an hour, they would send a technician over to fix my problem, and that i should use their router for 8 extra dollars a month because they service it for free. Had it not been for Jed helping me fix the issue for free, and all the other employees that i am friends with, i would have cancelled my service. i have had service for a month so far, i really am enjoying the high speed internet and my tv channels. my favorite part is the fact that i can watch tv and not lose signal like you can with cable or dish. also that it is local and keeps money and jobs that are needed in our area.. my install guy was 15 min early and took less time than i thought to install. nice and friendly service and was eager to help neighbor with contact info and a booklet who was intrusted in services while installing.
