Very disappointed with Val's boutique. My husband bought me some birthday gifts there and they didn't work. I tried to exchange the items within the same week he bought them and I could only exchange the shirt- I was stuck with the earrings, leggings, and scarf. I understand not doing returns but you should offer exchanges on ALL items within 14 days post purchasing. This is very bad business and I would not recommend you buying anything that you cannot at least exchange!
Beautiful up scale salon, with gorgeous pieces, however poor customer service and poor quality. I have bought 3 dresses from here and all three have torn... I expect better quality when I am paying $50+ for an item...
