I have been shopping at Val’s for a few years now. Their clothes and accessories are always so cute and I know I can find something to wear no matter the event! What really kept me coming back, though is that no matter if I bought anything or not, the girls that work there ALWAYS treated me in the best way possible and were always so sweet and helpful! Val’s is always my #1 choice when shopping in town!

Drove in from Alabama for the game tomorrow just to be received with poor customer service. While in the store I had to pull down my own shirt from wall without any help from store associates (2 employees sat at behind the counter and watched). Went to check out and had a store credit but wasn’t allowed to use it because it was an online store credit. The store associate then tried to look up the shirt I was going to buy but it wasn’t even online!!! �� At this point, I would just like a total refund.
