Val's Boutique is for sure Knoxville's #1 boutique! Not only are the clothes amazing and always on trend but I LOVE that I can browse at my own pace or rush in and be helped to find just the right thing. They are never pushy and always helpful...the perfect blend in my opinion. You won't go wrong with Val's!
