Not a good administration
I have bugs flying in and around my apartment. I ask several times about this and no results. I'm in an older apartment. The floors are uneven, and maintenance sucks. And they raised the rent. There is only one nice person that works in the office and the neighbors are soooo unfriendly. Sorry, its the truth.
Crappy place. Run down. Very cheap. And the front office is super rude. My opinion.
Great deal on the rent, great area, clean pool and pet friendly. For my first apartment, I'm loving it.
I like it here. It's nice and now we have a new balcony and a/c. :)
