I lived here for one year and we just renewed our contract for another year! We love it here and enjoy our neighbors. Our apartment is new renovated and it’s so pretty! Our dryer broke, they let us use and empty apartments dryer while mine was being replace with a brand new one, our hot water heater was leaking and they completely replaced it with a brand new one. Our ac went out once and they fixed that too! I love living here.
AC constantly doesn’t work. There’s no parking because they never tow cars that are parked by non residents. Windows don’t shut after you open them because of bent frames. Meters outside aren’t labeled correctly so the power company comes out and turns off someone’s power for non payment but it winds up being your place. Only you’re not home because you’re working so you don’t find out until it’s too late for anyone to do anything about it until the next day. Red Ants infested place, thermostat was broken for 6 days. After I mentioned to replace it, showed them on the wall no number for me to control the air showed on the thermostat it took 5 to 6 days for them to come in and replace. The staff lies except Deb to try to cover their tales. Pam left now all of a Sudden they get new management things start getting done. Disbelief this place is gives stress, dishonesty to their residents. Too inconvenient of an area.
Overpriced poor security poor maintenance poor pest control.convenient place to live staff has always been nice me.
Had to pick off fleas off my dog. We had to put down our other dog her last year was a nightmare do to fleas she was a beautiful dog but the last year here it was a nightmare taking care of her. They don't do anything about it. I'm not the only one who has problems with it. I am having flea bits all over my feet and legs. Welcome to Flea world.
