Living with cockroaches is terrible. unfortunately the administration is unable to solve this problem. My pleas for help were unsuccessful. Our apartments are always clean, we have a robot vacuum cleaner. Cockroaches creep from neighbors.

I’ve lived here over a year. The staff are amazing. The maintenance guys are always working on keeping things nice and clean. Whenever I’ve needed a repair they handle it right away. The only downside is that some people don’t know how to pickup their dog’s poo. The area by the pond should be a nice area for kids to play, especially since quarantine has the local parks closed, but nooooo some people have to ruin it for everyone. Valrico Station have awesome staff. Maintenance comes to your apartment to fix things very quickly. The community is super clean and very quite. I’m so happy that I picked Valrico Station to live. 💕
I have lived here for two years and I won’t go anywhere else!! I’ve had nothing but great experiences from the staff. If something needs to be looked at or fixed, it is done with urgency. The pools are always clean, the apartments are well taken care of and my fur baby has a park to play in...which is important to me!!! I highly suggest Valrico station apartments!!!!
Amazing grounds, beautiful apartments and the office staff are amazing! We stayed with friends here and are thinking about relocating!!
The complex is nice and quiet (except for the trains but I was surprised how easy it was to get used to the sound). Staff and maintenance are helpful. I like living here!
Incredibly friendly office staff, well maintained grounds, and the gym and pool are always clean! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place but still wants that high end feel.
We love it here! Office staff is always so nice! The maintenance guys are quick when we have a problem. Our little one loves the pool and playground and fur baby gets to play and loves it!
