We just ran a GRID 6 event in the Valor showroom and facility. We got a ton of great feedback from our players on the quality of the equipment, and the rig was extremely stable and versatile. On top of that the staff of Valor is exceptional. We enjoyed working with every single person there from the owner to the guys in the warehouse. They followed through with everything discussed and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.
I received a Valor CB12 lat machine for Christmas. Upon opening the boxes, my husband and I found a major part to be missing. I called first thing Monday and they shipped the part UPS that same day. I received the part in 5 business days - no questions asked. Great customer service - and I love my new lat machine. Thank you!!
