I ordered a soft sided plyo box on Sunday night and it got delivered today. Very impressed with the quick delivery considering it was free and the box is great!!
First off valor fitness products are amazing! Very well built and great customer service ! Shipping was fast. I ordered a bench from them got my bench and the back cushion was ripped probably due to damage in route. I took pictures and emailed them , they sent me a replacement with 3days . I cannot stress on how great the customer service was .
Purchased a BD 61. Literally didn’t come with nuts. Been trying over a week to get a hold of someone to ship us some parts. Will be returning the machine instead. Thanks a ton 🏼
Valor fitness is a wonderful fitness supply company. Their products are great, well-built and so reasonably priced.
