I gave Valor Fitness plenty of opportunity to make it right. I have called multiple times with one return call. The problem was far from resolved. I called looking for one missing part (unfortunately it wasn't a bolt, rather a bushing and can not find the right size). The person I made contact with on the phone said she would send to some other department. She said it may take a couple weeks (ok). I have ordered from Valor Fitness 3 times now. Very happy with everything I have purchased over the years. Great equipment great price and the best customer service and that's why I will be a long term customers.
Valor Fitness is amazing! I love the fact that I can get workout equipment there for a fraction of the price that I'll pay anywhere else because it's in-person and wholesale. The people are very friendly and the selection is so good! Just wish the hours were a little easier. I can only make it over there if I'm on vacation or if it's a bank holiday that not everyone but banks and federal jobs get.

Turned my garage into my own personal box. The majority of my equipment is from Valor and I couldn't be more pleased. Quality product at great prices. Only issue I had was a wobbly wall ball and they exchanged it no problem. Everyone there is personable and professional. Can't wait to come back and get more gear, I'm gonna need a bigger garage.
