Dr. Hall is the best he been my family eye Dr since i started wearing glasses and I take both my kids to him....
My husband and I were very impressed with Dr. Hall, but we were not impressed with the reception and billing departments. Upon making our appointment, the receptionist request insurance information when we clearly stated we did not have vision coverage. We attended our appointments prepared to pay our fees in full. We paid what we thought was full payment only a month later to get substantially higher billing that they first passed through our health provider.... NOT impressed that billing was not forthcoming in total costs ... read more
Wonderful! Took my very nervous 3 year old to Dr Schaff. He was great with my son - Kind, compassionate and understanding of how a 3 year old is going to act at an exam. Dr Schaff took the time to make sure we understood everything that was going on. We will be back!!
