I've taken my girls there several times the first couple of times were good but this last time was terrible. We sat in the waiting area and could hear the two front desk ladies gossiping about other patients..."oh I hate it when so and so calls I just leave her on hold until she hangs up" then they'd laugh, very unprofessional. Also we didn't get the correct frames we picked out the first time but I was told they were close enough to what she wanted but if I insisted they would have to order them and it would take a week. My children felt comfortable and loved the eye doctor's sense of humor!!!
Great 1st appointment! Our 14 year old granddaughter comments "I really like this office best, everyone was nice, and didn't get annoyed with me when I couldn't do what they wanted me to do!" Appointment at 2:30, we waited 2 min, everything ran smoothly and everything was eactly as stated when we scheduled the eye exam. Thank you Dr. Steve and staff!
The eye Docs are amazing.....Very happy, upbeat and great teaching the kids what is going on.....The downfall is 2 front desk ladies are beyond rude and do not help at all with picking out frames for the kids......If it wasn't for the Eye doctors and how wonderful they are with the kids I wouldn't go back....I've been taking my kids here for 4 years!
