Love my Doctor. Dislike alot the front desk people. Rude an unprofessional. Everytime I go or call. I'd move on if it weren't for Dr Bethka cuz he's the bomb.

Valley Vision is awesome, the staff is amazing, great selection of frames, and great service.
I absolutely hate this place. They do not take the time to actually get your eyes right . Set an appointment just for them to tell me they don't have time to see me and set me another appointment. and the staff there are just EXTREMELY rude . They've ruined my eyes by giving me different prescriptions after prescriptions and they don't take the time to actually get it right.
