RecommendedDr. Lee was along with the rest of the staff. They knew what to look for and were able to diagnose my fully vaccinated Mr. Maxx with parvo. If it wasnt for them I don't think he would be with us now. They were very caring and made sure all my questions were answered. They recommended me to a 24hour care facility for him. And my family is so grateful for all the staff.
We unfortunately had to put our baby to sleep the other day. In a panic of finding someone to please help my kitty, they got him in quickly. They did blood work and xrays and were very thorough. Dr. Richwine explained everything and with bad results she seemed genuinely as heartbroken as we were. we decided to do the best thing for my Putt Putts that we could. she gave us all the time we wanted with him before we had to put him to sleep. but she cried with us while it happened. We have had nothing but great experiences bringing our dogs here. Only thing that we've had any issues with is that one particular receptionist always seems to have somewhat of an attitude and speaks to us in a rude and condescending tone. Other than dealing with that when we call in worried about our pups, it's been a great going to this Veterinary Clinic.
All the Dr’s at Valley View are amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients every time.
The staff is amazing. My poor girl developed an UTi. They worked her in. Patient & Understanding. Dr Lee is always so nice and kind. We take all our fur babies here.
Valley View had been Jackson’s vet clinic for over 10 years. Sadly we sad goodbye to Mr Jackson today at the age of 12. Dr Lee and Dr Hildebrant are amazing. ❤️
Dr. Lee has been our vet for almost 20 years. The level of care we get from her and the entire staff is unbeatable. We come from west Omaha to see her because of the excellent treatment she’s given all of our dogs, and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!
Very friendly office personnel in the office & on the phone. Dr. Lee listens & is very caring in her treatment. The prices are very reasonable.
