I took my kitty, Callie, in for spaying, shots, and an exam. The staff was wonderful! I loved that they let me know when she was out of surgery and put my mind at ease. They even called the next morning to update me. Thank you everyone for such a good experience!!
Valley View Vet Clinic is top notch in their level of care and expertise. I am so thankful to have Dr Lee and Dr Jody and the entire staff to provide their services to my babies.
Valley View has a friendly staff that takes great care of our animals. When our cat was sick, and I was being an irrationally-freaked out cat mom, Mary was patient and flexible with scheduling the appointment. I called like three times and needed our appointment switched from one day to another and then to a different time. I'm pretty sure my husband and I were not very fun to deal with. Literally love this vet clinic. The staff is all super great and Dr. Lee is the best in town. I used to live in Council Bluffs but now come from Omaha to see her. She was great with my cat Madelyn who recently died. Dr Lee took outstanding care of her and treated her very well. And when she passed and I got her cremated the staff took care of me.
