I called ahead to make sure they accepted my insurance, and they said they did. I took time off work to go there and, once I got there, they said they did not accept my insurance. The staff was also rude and nasty about it.

I take back my good review!!!! Went in for X-rays, something is wrong, I could see something myself on the X-rays, Hillary NP told me she could see nothing wrong, take tynol three times a day. But she will send to a Radiologist to read it. FIVE days later and thinking now of going to ER, because whatever this is, it is getting worse. I was seen there today, got there like 930 and it was going on 1 before I left. The black girl with poodle hair saw me. She is so scattered brain. She acted like she had no idea what she was doing. I should have listened to my friend who was there couple weeks ago, she had an abscess, My friend said that Vanessa acted like she had never done one before. She ended up having the MA to do the incision and drain the abscess. Then she tried to pack it with a q tip and she had barely numbed her. I will never be seen by her again... read more

I would give this company zero stars if I could. We purchased 3 TOP QUALITY AC units and spent almost 50k. Not even within 6 months did all of them have several issues. We were promised that they would last several years. That's not even the biggest issue. They are extremely rude and there is absolutely no customer service!!! We called them THREE different times before they got us a technician. They are not cheap at all and not worth the price. They are lazy and cheat you for your money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY!

I would give negative stars if I could. Char and Martin Buser are slum lords. Char is verbally abusive, she exploits and takes financial advantage over addicts, individuals experiencing mental illnesses, disadvantaged single parents, anyone she can. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Martin is well aware of the condition of the buildings and I’m SURE he’s more than aware of Shar Shuening’s activities and treatment of tenants.
