My husband and I rented a property through S & L Property Management for 3 years and had a great experience. Anytime there was a small maintenance issue they took care of it right away. They contacted the owners of the home promptly any time I had a question. I feel that a lot of these reviews may reflect negatively on the owners rather than the Property Management company itself. Ultimately, S and L cannot do more than what the owner authorizes.
S&L Property was wonderful & we appreciate everything that they did for us.
During every visit I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. When it came time to leave the property Diana was very patient, thorough and explained everything in great detail.
Steve did a phenomenal job! He was very professional and very helpful answering any questions we had. I truly think he is a great addition to the S&L team.
Becky is amazing to work with. She has always taken my calls and puts me at ease with any questions/concerns I may have. She is truly so great to work with and an asset for S & L. I thank her for all she has done for me getting this process to run so smoothly after the few bumps I encountered.
Becky and the S&L team constantly provide exceptional service. I have been w/ S&L since 2006 and have been able to take major endeavors at rental property. S&L's team was fundamental in getting things done.
The rating for this company is very suspicious. How do you have 26 5-star reviews and 20 1-star reviews and end up with 4.6-stars?? This company is unprofessional and unhelpful. I will never do business with them again. They will take you for every dime they can unrightfully get their hands on...if you do decide to do business with them...watch your back!!
Service has always been up to par and they have treated my tenants and me with respect. I did my research and they have the best structure and customer service. They will get your house rented quickly with good tenants.
