Was a patient at Orlando Health. She is a rude Dr. Caring about the patient is not her priority obviously. I was discharged out of the hospital with out any percriptions. She was obviously mad because I asked her to call my Dr. so I can speak with him. Her exact words he's not a surgeon and we don't do surgeries here. It's a Hospital... After not hearing back for a couple of weeks after placing my order I contacted the company. They had not shipped my item, said that it was backordered, but shipped something out that very day. Supposed to arrive today, after nearly a month. We'll see what arrives. I only pressed after reading the very poor reviews on this site. One star it one star too many. I really wish that my husband had done his research before ordering from this company! The customer service is horrible. He ordered 40 ft of fencing plus an auto close gate. They sent only 12 ft with the gate. Went back and forth for over a week getting the run around. Then finally was told they can’t fulfill our order for several weeks. We asked for a full refund (since we wanted the gate installed prior to a party we are having in a week) and a label to return the items we received. So far its been terrible. First the gate opener was missing the charge controller. After the 7 days to ship from the original puchase date add 5 days to ship the part to me. Once installed I discovered a faulty circuit board. 2 weeks to get a call from "tech support" then, 4 days receive the replacement. Called to get a refund. Mike McBee tells ms "The 30 day warranty has expired". Of course it has due to the fact that each time I called for assistance it too a week or more to get a return call. Parts of my order was short after waiting weeks for it. It was almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone. It's one of the worst online company that I've ever had to deal with. I'll never make another purchase with them
