the owner is an absolute a******* I personally witnessed him in Barris and videotape kicking out a member because he was past due on his membership and it was half hours of operation so there was nobody there to renew the membership with so the customer just worked out and the owner came in and videotape him working out and then embarrass him in front of the rest of the gym calling them out called him a thief just defaming him all sorts of ways and then the customer try to talk to him like an adult in this 60 year old man ac... read more

The worst HVAC company in Nashville. They are scam artists. They have these guys that their company refers to as "The Russians" that do their installations. They didn't install my unit properly and didn't do anything to resolve the issues it was having. Their service plan is a joke; one technician required my assistance to clean the coils on the condenser. They also will purposely tamper with your equipment during a service call so that you will soon require another service call shortly thereafter to scam people out of more ... read more

I have had issues ever since they installed my unit....everytime it cost hundreds to repair..first year the compressor went out and downhill from there. Decided to finally use C&M Heat and Air...what a difference in customer service and price. .just confirmed what a rip off frick is....never again

went in for 19.99 oil change as on marque..cost me 40 bucks 18 in parts 11.99 labor 5 bucks extra qt. oil.....really???? i see the extra for the qt. of oil ....but 40 bucks for a 25 buck oil change

Hello, I’m trying to get answers on an issue I have been having for over a week. I requested a non-generic customer service email but was denied that as I’m assuming is company policy. On 9.18 I placed an expedited order (023039551993-8000012) for a photo book that was to arrive on 9.24. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE and even more HORRIBLE customer service!!! I would never recommend this bakery to anyone unless you want to be cursed at. My sister ordered 30 cupcakes which by the way cost $75 for my gender reveal party. She explained to them what she wanted (In Detail) and the bakery agreed they could do it. When she went to pick them up (1 1/2 hrs before the party) the cupcakes were nothing like she was told they would be.
