Britt Dalton was recommended by my physician. I have lower back pain. He taught me exercises that greatly increased my flexibility, reduced my pain, and it looks like I will not have to go through an operation to regain mobility. Britt and his staff are professional, very friendly, and have the experience to provide quality care that can help get you back to where you need to be physically. You will need to follow his directions, but he won't give you exercises that will harm you. I highly recommend him.
