After 2.5 hours of waiting, nurse informed me surgery wouldn’t start for an undetermined additional wait time. Since I’ve been here since 7:30am with only one other patient upon my arrival there’s no excuse for this expected 4 hour commitment for what should be no more than an hour long start-to-finish procedure. Very disappointing and frustrating that I can’t even get an approximate ETA for when the doctor will begin.
Treated as though your cattle in a cattle yard. They paint brush on bra strokes based on condition not the individual suffering from particular conditions. Everything's assumed. Do not read charts , received a phone call regards to something that was supposedly drive that day of post surgery. No one reads the chats.
