Once you get into the office it's not bad, but trying to get through on the phone is almost impossible some days. Several times I have waited on hold for over 15 minutes! Just for someone to answer and try to schedule an appointment. Being able to call the office to schedule an appointment should be a priority, of they want patients. Been going there for the last 9 years, and the last couple years have been the worst by far.
