Caring staff, very knowledgeable & helpful
The staff are caring, and always helpful.
My 7 year old , 5 year old & 4 year old sat in a room with no doctor or nurse coming in for over 30 mins ! I am very disappointed most of the time we are in & out ...
Had a dental appointment to get my teeth cleaned even called to confirm my appointment got there and was told the hygienist was not there. I made the appointment a month ago and now I have to make another appointment and wait another month. I would not recommend this place.
A 30 minute wait past my scheduled appt time plus they scheduled me for a different issue than what I wanted to be seen for. And no one manning the front desk window so you have to wait an additional 5 to 10 just to tell them you're there for your appt. I've been going to the Bloomingdale clinic since they opened, and constantly recommend them to friends and family, but I think I'm gonna have to switch to a different clinic now if I want to receive better healthcare in the future.
