My son was not feeling well, we stopped at the health bus to see what it was all about..(I was not sure if they seen walks ins or how it worked). 10 minutes he was in checked out and tested positive for strep throut. The ladies were very nice and professional. Luke loved it he said "Hey that is alright they are nice and fast, in an out that is what we like". Lol. Thanks for all you do.
We love the staff in the Cayuga office!
Rude staff at Bloomingdale. Told someone not to bother coming in to see a Dr there but just have their cardiologist deal with the health issue, even though the issue was not heart related. Two weeks in a row my appointments were cancelled at the last minute. When you need to call in, it takes forever to get through. If you can possibly find another Dr office, I highly recommend you do so.
They helped me walk without a limp.. Nice people I'm going to miss going there.
Went there 2yrs. ago to get blood drawn for what I knew I had they denied me for a bill I owed.Yet my sliding fee scale should have taken care of this.Then when diagnosed 2yrs. later and want them to just refer me to a Specialist and refill a regullar script.They instead do NOT refer me for a life threatening disease I have had for 6yrs now and instead they make me a Dr. Apt with another Dr. for a unrelated reason.What a run around
