As I watched my oldest son Troy graduate from high school yesterday I couldn't help but think of all of the good and bad moments through the years. The one that came to mind was when Dr. Mumbauer acted so quickly as he had developed a virus that was breaking down the muscles in his legs and prevented him from being able to hold his weight in his legs. Dr. Fern is such a wonderful pediatrician. My girls love him and his sense of humor. Everyone there is always so informed and polite, as well.
Wonderful physicians, minus one or two, in a terrible customer service run practice! As a parent with a young child I would hesitate to take my child here due to the level of disrespect by the office staff. Was given a misdiagnose by one of the physicians and ended up in the ER the next day for dehydration and other issues. sorry the good are hidden beneath a very bad experience with one physician!
