Gina the office manager is a hateful person who should be fired for her representation of this pediatrician office. I used to take my babies here. Doctors were decent. During covid outbreak my son who is 4 developed a minor skin rash so I called to make an appointment. Was told by Gina the office manager that I had missed an appointment in 2017 and also owed a copay of $20 which they had already "written off" and my son was not welcome anymore. Very disappointed. My newborn son had his newborn check up at the Waynesboro office 2 days after he was born. We were instructed to remove all of his clothes except his diaper for the exam. The temperature in the room couldn’t have been more than 30 degrees. My boyfriend and I had on our clothes and coats and we were freezing. RecommendedThey are the Best!! Dr. Devries & Dr. Fern are the Best Doctors they really care about & love their patients!! They always know what's best and know what's going on with their patients!! Our Son doesn't like to see the other doctors only because he doesn't have a great relationship with them!! also have the best Nurses & Office staff.🤩🤩🤩🤩⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have beaten myself up on how to word this review. As I have tried to mend my mama heart over the last couple of weeks I just don't know If I'll ever have the right words to describe how disappointed I am with this office. Absolutely love this office!! Our lil guy has been seeing Dr. Ostheimer and he is great!! Would definitely recommend their practice to anyone with children!!!
As I sit here at UVA, watching my 8 year old grandson receive high dose chemo therapy, I must express my EXTREME displeasure (to put it mildly) with Dr. Hostetter. Not only did she recommend counseling for Parker's symptoms, she chastised my daughter and another specialist directly when he called her to report findings of an ultrasound he initiated, stating he was "over-stepping his place.'
