I had terrible experiences as a child going to the dentist. So when my kids needed some fillings and a couple teeth pulled, I was a nervous wreck. The staff here reassured me and were wonderful with my kids. Both kids made me promise to NEVER take them to any other dentist!
Great place and atmosphere! My kids have been coming here for years. The office staff are always friendly and helpful. They have always communicated with me in a timely and manner. They take the time to talk with the kids and parents to explain the process to make them feel more at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Parsons to anyone.
We have been going here for 8 years for routine checkups. Last visit my son has 4 cavities. The earliest they could book him for fillings was 4-5months out. I asked to have the dentist call me and waited a week to write this review. No call back. The receptionist said if it was important the dentist would let me know. This is the best pediatric dentist around. My children have been patients here for so many years and they have never been afraid to go to the dentist. The staff is wonderful!! Dr Heather always remembers my children's names and their interests. She even remembers my name.
