Do NOT go here for pain management!!!! Tbey are the worst! The staff except for 1 or 2 are uncaring and rude. The practitioners do not know what they are doing. I have spinal stenosis, facet arthritis, bulging and herniated discs. Brought my cd's with me. Tbey ordered imaging for an area on my body that I never had pain or complained of pain and then refused pain meds based on the imaging. I explained that I was not having pain in my groin. Pin mill plain and simple. A well oiled pin mill. Cookie cutter approach without an care or concern for a patient as an individual. Your medical records and reports mean nothing to this practice. Go elsewhere as this is not a place for effective pain management...not per their mindset and attitudes. If you stand up for yourself, and your health, they will promptly boot you from being their patient; which is not a bad thing...it is good...really really good. It is lawful in PA to have someone pick up your medicine scripts. But, mortazavi goes beyond the law and requires ill patients to travel hour(s) round trip for a piece of paper!!! Even if the patient is near bed ridden!!! NO COMPASSION at Valley Pain Specialists where he works (plus, look at Valley Pain Specialists 'Google Search Engine' reviews; many, many one star reviews for rude staff). ...
