Took my truck in due to overheating issues last week. They reported it was done today. I paid $354.66 for the repairs. I drove 10 miles and it overheated and I subsequently learned that RATHER THAN PROPERLY PERFORMING THE REPAIRS THEY DID A COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY REPAIR SO I HAD TO PAY A $92.65 TOW BILL TO GET MY TRUCK BACK TO THEM. RATHER THAN COMPENSATING ME THEY NOW CLAIM THAT JUST THE PARTS FOR THE REPAIR WILL BE $950. Had some recall work done yesterday and was amazed by the service. I didn't have an appointment, talked to the service desk at 7:30 in the morning, he said they should know something by 10:00 and he would call. At 11:00 they called and said everything was fixed and it was ready to pick up.
The Harris family is the absolute best. They really care about their employees, customers and the community!

I used to love this place .. Got all my vehicles from here .. But after my boyfriend buys a car that we find out 6 months later that he is upside down $6000 .. That a 2015 costs less right now then what he owes on his 2012 Dodge Challenger .. Very disappointed and has lost my business ..
We have just purchased our third car from Valley Motors. Mike Stringer has always been great to work with and now consider him a friend. All the sales staff are very friendly and helpful. If we stop by with a question or need help if Mike is busy any of the other sales staff always offer to help. We never feel presured or uncomfortable and you can't say that about very many places.
