Valley has forever altered my perception of food. The way the flavors immensely and individually carry their own weight, yet mesh together flawlessly, is insane. My appreciation for innovative cuisine once was lost and here was found. I couldn't possibly describe my respect and adoration for the farm-to-fork factor either, knowing the ingredients are fresh and serving the local economy. This is, hands down, my #1. I would have my last supper here. And it feels like home, to boot.
