Love the philisophy. As residents of downtown Valpo my wife and I have tried just about every restaraunt here. And while there are many that are great, this one is the best. The local sourcing makes a considerable benefit to the taste and freshness. Even items as relatively mundane as the side salad are absolutely delicious.
