This is my go to place for my daughter. I choose valley health over her pediatrician most times.. they are so good with little kids and really take their time to find out what the issues are. My daughter loves the staff at valley health.

What a great group. Our granddaughter was having a reaction to a bite. The front desk took us right back. The check in with Trina was comforting and then the nurse showed her so much care. She even gave her a little snack. The Dr. was informative and gave us answer to calm our minds. Overall, super pleased and will return for any future needs!
I just been that new one in ranson I love it the people who check u in are very nice and all the nurses are nice and the doctors I seen are awesome and they sit down with you and answer questions you got

Everyone is usually very nice. My visits have been quick and easy and the online check-in is convenient. Yesterday I went in and did not have a good experience. I was extremely sick and went in for my visit. They did strep and flu test which both came back negative. PA seemed to not know what else it could be and was going to send me home. I told him I had never felt like this before and it has to be an answer for this. He recommended if I felt that way to head to the hospital which I did.
