I recently contacted this Urgent Care due to pain I was having under my right rib. I contacted them by phone and the individual took all my information and my symptoms. She then required a $100 deposit over the phone. I then proceeded to the Urgent Care where I was advised to wait in the parking lot after I notify them of my arrival. RecommendedI absolutely love all of the staff at VH. Having a huge family can be an obstacle when needing to get in to see a Dr especially when they are all sick. They got us in and definitely provided so much need assistance with getting all of my babies seen and taken care of! Thank you! Now I just have to figure out how to get this one child to take her antibiotics you prescribed her!🤦🏽♀️
RecommendedNormally have a decent experience here. Tonight not so much. I literally watched them take back the person who arrived right before us and have her completely done (20-30 minutes) before we were called back. How she got through the whole process before they bothered to bring others back us beyond me when about 7 other patents were finished as well.

RecommendedCouldn’t recommend them higher. I’ve been there twice in the last week and checked in online both times. The appointments were quick and efficient and all staff members were competent and friendly. I, personally, have no health insurance and they were politely conscious of my finances- even going out of there way to make sure that my prescriptions would be discounted. I’m happy to have such a great option close to home!
