This store / Tony has not paid for 2 invoices owed for 1.5 years. We tried to reason with them many times and even gave them a very understanding and lenient courtesy payment plan option which we did not have to do in the first place, only for them to send a measly $250 check. The total they owe is now $6,035.48 after the $250 check. The original total was $6,285.48. What a slap in the face. Very friendly and helpful.
Came in and saw Dennis for some estimates for the tile in our newly renovated Kitchen. I told him what I wanted and we agreed on the price. But once the installer came things changed. The grout lines where supposed to be small and a dark grey. We got big and bright white. The contract was vague so not much for us to do. At the top of the steps one tile was to high and a trip hazard. We withheld payment until the tile was replaced. But after the new grout dried you can see that it's a different color.
