I loved and hated every minute, but seriously this place put you to work and I'm grateful for the attention and understanding from the coaching staff. I'd recommend luckey to everyone saying their program works. In the 4 weeks I was there I started at 265, I got down to 250 and lost 4 percent body fat. Thanks guys!
My husband and I started a month ago and we have never left disappointed. The trainers are motivating and up beat. The energy is high and the other members are always positive and trying to cheer each other on. It's a great community and we're glad to have found them. The workouts are never the same so it's kinda fun to see what the trainer has planned for the session. Trust me, it doesn't matter if you've been in 1 day or 100 days... you get your butt kicked!
