Great staff and awesome workouts. The owner is very profesional and knowledgeable.
Love the classes. I never know what to expect when I arrive because every class is different, which keeps me from getting bored. Because I spent been years sitting at a desk and never supplemented with real exercise my progress is slow. But even slow progress is progress. 😀
Great trainig! All trainers were tough, but very helpful on focusing on what we all need.
Love coming here! Trainers are motivating and genuinely want to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend anyone who struggles with getting themselves to go to the gym to come to fitbody! Workouts are tough and make you work but are also fun and make you feel great:)
Exactly what I was looking for! The workouts are tough, but they do the job and they do it in 30 minutes! No more going to the gym and running on a treadmill for an hour then lifting. Here it's 30 minutes of high intensity training and go about your day with results that are shocking..even in just 2 weeks!. The trainers are very considerate especially about any past injuries or if your fitness level is not up to par. They WILL work with you to modify so you get the best out of a session.
