I am sad to leave but duty calls. Results were based on the individual’s overall effort. But the people and the coaches were always there to motivate and push you pass your limit. I will miss the coaches and the intense workouts! Hope to be back in a few years!
The best thing about this place is the fact that I have NEVER looked forward to working out but with Luckey Fitness, even after a long day at work, I am raring to go and within 30 minutes I am sweating, breathing heavy and feel like a limp noodle! Those are all good things! I joined the 4 week challenge for 55+ and have never been so challenged but am able to complete the workout too!
