I waited 2 hours to see Dr.Rajacich of which he gave me 30 seconds of his time. he didn't address any of the issues that I had and that in house eye glass store is a complete rip off they charged me 3 times the amount for the lens ( not including frames) and you don't even get an eye glass case I would never go there again
The Valley Eye Center has a lack of transparency, lack of ethics, long waits, unhelpful and condescending staff. I waited 2 hours today to be seen 5 minutes by the doctor. I was also mislead on what I needed to pay by the front desk. I signed a sheet at the beginning of my appointment that stated what my balance would be at the end of the appointment. Once I actually checked out, my balance was doubled and added to the sheet I'd already signed making it look like I knew the whole time. I have filed a complaint with the bette... read more
